Aside from the recommended COVID precautions (just FYI we are fully vaccinated with proof) we begin our service by applying disposable booties to cover our shoes as to not trace unwanted dirt or bacteria onto your floors.
The first item on our checklist is to walk the interior and inspect all windows, screens, sills, tracks, etc in every room for any damage or potential issues and we will relay that information to you.
Extreme care is taken to not have water left on your floors or ruin your walls. We do request all windows be clear of any furniture and any window treatments opened prior to our arrival so that we start quickly and efficiently.
Once we are completed we will do another interior walk around to make sure you are completely satisfied with our detailed work. If there isn't anything else you need to be cleaned, we leave premises as we arrived and send a thank you text for your trust and business.
